Cat below efficiency. Did you just install a RH, or replace the cat with a test pipe?

RH= Race Header (doesn't have a catalytic converter)

My friend has the same code, and he reports car performance is worse, and bad mileage. No other codes present.

Is it a clogged CAT?

I had the same problem ... but did not have performance and gas mileage issues so I did the 02 trick. that fixed it
