So my front wiper arms are in need of being repainted, problem is they are stuck on:mcry:
I removed the nut and sprayed them down with WD-40, and tried pulling them straight off,... no luck. they seem to be seated on there pretty good, any ideas?http://www.flickr.com/photos/hottpiss/5179183016/#/photos/hottpiss/5179183016/lightbox/http://www.flickr.com/photos/hottpiss/5179183016/#/photos/hottpiss/5179180510/lightbox/

WD40 is like pissing on them, LOL, get a penetrant with some gumption to it, try PB-Blaster. then you "may" still need a pulley/gear puller to get them off. When you reinstall them make sure you apply anti-seize.

Air hammer worked for me!
Just knock on the area around the bolt and itll come off! Took like 15 seconds to get both off! After trying to take the arms by hand and puller for an hour. My puller even bent on me.

great idea, picked up some PB-Blaster and rented a gear puller from auto zone smallest they had the plastic around the base of the wiper arm prevents it from being able to line up correctly. still no luck

looks like i might have to prep and paint them while there still on, not ideal : /
