Properly adjusted side mirrors on an EP will eliminate all blind spots. You don't need a wink mirror to do that. That is not saying a wink mirror is bad, if it works for you then go for it. I'm just saying it is not necessary.

I think I like it just because its different. And it gets u a little attention rolling with the windows down and the person next to u looks in it and sees themself and is like wtf is that thing hahaha. I get asked where I got it almost at every redlight

I have been using a 270MM Broadway mirror in my car for the past 6 years. I think that wink mirror is way to much and no offense honestly i think it makes you look like a dork when driving.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I originally tried the window mounts, but after 3 hours it didn't dry so I went with this method.

Yeah, you just slide it straight down and it just pops right out. Now there will still be the black piece that is glued to the windshield, but it isn't noticeable behind the mirror.

Yeah, did you not check mine out at the meet? My bad I usually show anyone that wants to know. It's a conversation starter for new and old school folks.

Here's an old school pic of mine, I reused the covers so it doesn't look like there is holes. Looks pretty "oem" in that sense. Only bad thing is if you don't have sunglass and get caught on sundown, OUCH!

I'll snag a better one tomorrow.

i personally like keeping my car looking sleeper
the i had a broadway for a while and i took it off
spoon makes a mirror that fits perfectly into the stock yet still gives you a little more vision(i have one=D)

heres my thread from HT

http://www.honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=2862504

if you need even more vision...
get those round blindspot mirrors
or
get these...

http://www.evasivemotorsports.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=EM&Product_Code=76203-EP3-000

imo the wink mirror is too much. my friend has one in his ej i dont like it because it interferes with the flip down...things(my mind blanked i forgot what theyre called)

it really comes down to opinion tho

How well do those Spoon mirrors work? I've been seriously considering getting one lately (mostly because I'm a bit of a JDM consumer whore and love me some Spoon) and was wondering if it's actually worth it. Does it mess with your depth perception when you're looking in the rearview? How well does it stick to the mirror/will it fall off on rough roads? Do you think you could remove it without destroying the mirror? BTW, thanks for doing the legwork on finding which mirror fits the EP3, if it wasn't for your thread on HT I wouldn't even be considering one of these Spoon mirrors.

i've had it on since that HT thread and its perfect fit
you can remove your stock mirror(heatgun the mirror and carefully pull it out of the housing) and put it into the stock housing
but its much easier just to stick it over the stock mirror

it doesnt mess with my depth perception at all. exactly like my 240mm broadway except it looks clean and stock
doesnt shake or move at all.

as far as taking it off once you've installed it...its 3m tape
i've never had experience removing 3m tape but im sure its doable without destroying anything as long as you take your time and give it TLC

I don't understand how these things don't destroy your fwd visibility... I mean, I sit normally with the seat full fwd for support (especially when autox-ing) and I'm near the top of the windshield (6'2")! You guys must either not care about seeing straight in front of you or sit really low in your seats lol.

I think it's a nifty concept, but it takes up so much space.

Cool, I think I'll pick one up then. So, as far as I understand it, the part number that you said worked corresponds to the mirror for the GE6/8 Honda Fit? I found this chart (http://www.spoon.jp/jpn/_src/sc1772/76400-BRM3F3F3F-1.jpg), but I just want to make sure. It should say GE6 or GE8 on the box that you got it in.

I bought a Wink mirror a while back.

It was more of an impuse buy, realized I didnt like the look and returned it to Kragen.

Broadway mirrors get the job done and are a classic choice, just choose the convex over the flat....300MM is perfect.
*It takes some time for some to get used to the convex but its well worth it.

I think the Wink mirror looks best on old school cars like the Datsun 510 and the like.

Thats just my opinion.

To each his/her own.
