I know this is merely an old concept, but does anyone make after-market flares that resemble these?

Similar, but the Sparco kit is way more aggressive.

That's was a honda design concept at sema in 02...it was a one off car

It kinda did...this was more or less the concept for the hfp kit for the ep...it didn't have the fender flares or the grill and the wing ended up just being the type r one modded for our usdm glass, but it was basically the same design.

I wish the EPs came with the 5 lug and brakes from the concept.

04-05 are 5-lug.
and the CTR has brembo brakes.

The ctr has the same brakes as the us rsx type s except the type r calipers has type r on them

from concept to production, the EP didn't have 5 lugs. I meant from the beginning, the EP should have came with 5 lugs. feel me? everyone knows that 04/05 EPs were 5 lug.
