the Nippon f2's that look like rota dr-23's do they make them in 16in?

Yes they do make it in 16s. I bought a set from http://www.sparktecmotorsports.com/wheels-nippon-racing-f-2-racing.html back in 2006. The finish is still holding fine til this day. I must add, I've seen a set of 15s that were bought new, and it looked more polished where mine is a machined finish. I can't say why there was a difference with their "polished" version.

Thanks and you're welcome. It's hard to find stores that has these available. I would try calling the vendors that carries OBX products and see if they can get a hold of a set.
