...... What's the hub bore size on the wheel and what year ep3 do you own?

There are 2 center cap sizes, both aren't too hard to find...use a measuring device and figure out if they need rings...

Okay, Not too worried about teh centercap situation anymore. Can i just bolt these wheels up? Or will i need spacers or anything crazy? 02 ep3 hatch.

you need an answer to this question?

As far as spacers, not required.
That is optional.

Hub centric rings:
Optional but I highly recommend them.
Tons of people run with out them, but after learning what they do, when it comes to wheels and my car it's not mandatory.
MOST aftermarket wheels are 73mm and our Honda EP3's are 56.1

MOST aftermarket wheels are 73mm and our Honda EP3's are 56.1For the average Joe i do agree that they should have them. If you are more experienced with mounting wheels then you don't need them. As long as you slowly torque the lug nuts it should center the wheel perfectly, but you have to do it in sequence and a little at a time.
