K-PRO is an engine management system that allows you to tune your car and specifics such as rev limit/fuel/etc it is primarily used to achieve the maximum power out of performance parts you already have such as a race header/cams etc.
It is only worth buying if you plan on buying more than a cold air intake other wise it is a waste of money.

Kpro is worth every penny IF, you have at least bolton's, otherwise increased mileage is the only real benefit.

Take the glove box off... unplug the ECU... unscrew the 3 bolts that're clamping the ECU down... swap in the new K-Pro'd ECU and bolt it down... put glove box back on.
surriously...this is only lke 10 posts down.

They also recommend you move the injector ground point from the intake manifold to the middle valve cover nut (http://www.hondata.com/techk20ground.html).

That's only if you put the hondata intake manifold gasket on!
