Wonderin if anyone out there may have a tune for kpro for a K24a1 (or even a k24a4 or k20a3) with Skunk 2 Stage 1 cams, with or without bolts on is fine, with bolt ons would be great. I know of one person on this site that ran a similar setup but cant get a hold of him. Lemme know if you can help a brother out lol.

how about stage II's in an a3 with an a1 head. After you add fuel it should get you going I would think. Also, pm 2004ephatch, Tommy, he ran your setup and then switched to the stage II's then I eventually bought the head and cams from him.

i have these damn stage II's and 07si valvepsrings that I want to sell from my old a3 setup. I'm getting anxious and want to mod the k24 and have thought about picking up stage I's since I wouldn't have to mess with the valvetrain and could toss them in very quickly. But instead I'm saving for a turbo build.

My plan is to throw these in and then S/C the setup. Goin to run the RSX Manifold JRSC (hopefully) with the aftercooler setup.

post your calibration and a datalog, make sure you do a valve lash if you didn't or there will be a shit ton of chatter.

Will do asap. Gonna do a few datalogs tonight, waiting for traffic to die down. Did the valve adjustments, car sounds sound and tight, love the intake note now, thing gurgles and boy the top end is alive now. I think these are the profile of cams the a3/a1/a4's should have came with, just feels more natural. But then again.... they made the a2's lol.

I just need to see whats causing these countless CEL light flashes anytime im on the gas, regardless of how hard im on the gas, if im steddy on the peddle, everything is fine. Ill post up soon, btw, this kal will be my k24a1 i/h/e kal. Did some minor fuel adjustments (not much time into it).

Also, noticed my knock threshold is stuck at 0.00v... Anyone know why?

i'll resend that calibration tonight. As for the knock threshold, I had that same problem when I was using the k24a1 calibration that was posted by yourself or another member on here. I asked hondata about it and they suggested that I make a new calibration starting from a type-s calibration file. I told that to my tuner, he did what I asked and the problem was solved.

OK, i actually found your kal you sent me. Ima see how that works out, hopefully the ignition tables are not to agressive (or not) for mysetup. Ya I seen you post on hondata.com and was wondering how I would convert to a different map lol. Ill mess with it in a bit. BTW, on your stage 2 tune... how does that run for you? Any updates on the tune, noticed vtec was raised, cam advance seems to be conservative.

Sigh.... Nothing im doing is helping this situation, im just gonna take them out. To much of a hassle, AUT.. I ran you map and around 3200 rpm it hit a wall, i dunno if lean cut is set or what. Got the knock threshold to work, copy and pasted a bunch of shit, but now the car bogs and hesitates, still knocking like crazy, just hell of a nightmare.

oh yeah, lean cut should be enabled, remember that was a stage II cammed a3 with an a1 head. You have a complete k24a1. You need to add 15-20% fuel at the least and go from there.

Ya that is true.... I also figured out another issue, glad i looked into it. Car was bogging really bad, thanks though. Ignition on low cam looks good, very small amount of knocks there.
