well i think im gonna go with the vexx motorsport ones, there like 280 bucks or something. fully adjustable, i need cheap ones so i can throw them in quick until the summer or something because what im riding on now just blows. the struts dont even feel like they're there lol. almost like a cut-springs ride to it.

Yeah this
They have full threads on them, here on ephatch.
with several users, here on ephatch.
If I remember correctly, about 90% of the owners love them, here on ephatch.
The 10% are people pissed with how much they spent on their buddyclubs so they are in denial, here on ephatch

haha
I haven't ridden in them yet
I want to

theyre honestly garbage. lol they ride like shit. i have them and i really am only pleased because they were 200 bucks shipped but they still suck balls. the springs in the rear continue to sag, and i fear that one winter with these will destroy them. im going to be getting D2s. i put a set in my friends dc5s and theyre definitely awesome

I had tein basics when I had my EP. they were on probably 3 or 4 years. they handled well, yet were comfortable for road trips. they aren't adjustable, other than height, but its a street car. I have adjustable konis on my 86 Si, and have never bothered adjusting them, so why would I on a street car. my teins are on another EP now, and are still just like new. for the money, I'd look at em. I'll probably get a set for the civic wagon project, unless my skunk2 source can get me their full coilover cheaper. I was pleased with them.

we just installed buddyclubs w/ pillowtops on my friends ap1
good stuff

But yeah
I used buddyclub as an example cause theyre expensive
and we're talking about cheap
so I say raceland or rokkor

or you can always do Ground Control sleeves
but replacement struts/shocks will run you up about the same price as as F2,s Megans, d2's, etc.
assuming they are adjustables like koni

They don't go low enough without fucking with preload. I had a set. Local shop can get me D2s for 780, that's pretty cheap.

who said racelands are junk? i've had them for a couple months, and they've been only good to me. first week, it was clunking pretty bad, but then i just jacked the car up, and made sure the springs were on right. after that, i haven't clunked in forever.

& plus, everyone who's ridden in my car have only given me compliments on the ride. and they have set ups worth three times more than mine.
