I was looking into getting a set of BBS RS wheels, they're 16x9 +43 offset.. Does anyone know from experience if this is work with my car? I won't be lowering my car too low, I already have the proper suspension components to make this work, I'm just wondering if these will clear my brakes and if I need fender rolling. I tried searching around and I'm getting mixed reviews

Thanks,

-Simon

only with spacers. +38 is as high as you can go on a 9" wide.

Yes and No  I always liked the look on the wheel, but because I use my car for daily driving I can't go too low or go hellaflush

I hate myself for buying +10 on 8 wide wheels. Looks stupid. I'm buying either 17x8.5 +30 or 17x9 +35 (+35 pokes 1mm farther) And they'll be 14mm less then what I have now on dinky 8 wides. Looks like my car is trying to poop so its spreading its legs. Lol.

Hows your setup like for daily driving? my current wheels are 17x7 +42 work emotions and i'm getting kinda bored so i wanna try something new.. Did you have to roll your fenders?

Why's this???

doesn't wanna roll his fenders.

Op, you could probably get away without rolling with a little camber, stretched tires and not going too low like you said.

I got away with putting 16x7.5 with streched tires they are forsale if you are interested let me know will let them go fairly cheap

Stretched tires on 7.5 wides? What did you run, 185/50? Hahahahaha. Try including that, offset, and lug pattern if you want anyone to take that statement seriously. And possibly having more then one post....

I've posted more idk why it doesn't count them I was just throwing it out there and I got them with 165/45r/16 they are skinny and 4x100 and why wouldn't anyone take it seriously haha I wasn't joking

because you need a minimum of 200 posts in tech sections before you can post a forsale thread here

And yet you still didn't include offset... 165/45 on a 2800 lb civic doesn't seem safe to me, and I'm not even referring to the fact that they're stretched.

That's completely irrelevant.. His offset is too HIGH, your h0miez offset is LOW, therefore it will clear all suspension components.

Just has to deal with rim to fender clearance by adding ridiculous negative camber is all.......
