/\ looks like you got the DC5 spec megan coilovers im assuming. you gotta take an air saw to that one to cut that down a bit or get DC5 trailing arms instead

So... I'm assuming I bent the bottom so the nut won't go on it.. any suggestions I can do.. grind it down too? Or replace it?... thanks!

What is the issue right now? I also don't get what the issue with the rear was.. Can't you just turn that piece and line it up? That's what I did when I put my buddy's D2s in his DC5 S

Weird mix of suspension stuff there. You have DC5 rears but your tie rod ends are too big for the front? Do you have DC5 sized tie rod ends?

If you had DC5 tie rod ends then they are too big to fit (looks like in your picture)(meaning you have EP3 coilovers)....but then in the rear they(coilovers) are too big to fit meaning you have DC5 coilovers....meakes no sense. you have dc5 REARS and ep3 fronts?

Yeah... that's what had be scratching my head whenever I read through this. What was the suspension setup before you got the Megans?

Stock?...

I had.. Eibach sportline springs before.. then now I bought these coilovers (http://www.corsportusa.com/store/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=2731) from corsport.. don't know where this dc5 stuffs coming from damnit. :mcry: lol...

but the issue is the tie rod ends isn't too big to fit, well.. seems so but the issue is the fact that the nut won't start screwing on because I believe I bent the bolt trying to pop it out from my stock suspension.. sorry don't know how to word it.

you must have hammered the threaded part. They are fairly cheap...$30 range depends on oem or af.

Since those are Megans, shouldn't the tie rods be mounted upside down ?

No!! Because of Megans you don't have to do that. They have a straight arm design which allows it to sit at stock angle (unless its one of the first batches they made before they fixed that problem)>
