My friend just gave me his sway bar since he upgraded his and I have a few questions. First off I have an 05 ep3. Which endlinks should I use? the stock ones on my ep3 or the rsx ones? also i can't seem to find 21mm energy suspension sway bar bushings?

Use your EP3 Endlinks. As for bushings, this guy has a set for sale:

Since you're gonna be under the car changing things out I would go ahead and change to beefier endlinks. I switched to Moog endlinks recently for my Progress 22mm sway bar. The Moogs will have grease fittings and you no long have to use an allen wrench to get them on.

Here's a comparison of the two. The second is what my stock piece looked like after it snapped.http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5283/5345063042_b7b3b0cb69_z.jpg (http://www.flickr.com/photos/jweave/5345063042/)

Second this, I dunno but if you have a AutoZone in your area, there duralast suspension components are Moog parts, and are priced great. I have there front end links and outer tie rods.

I got mine here http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/x,carcode,1415708,parttype,7580 part # MOOG Part # K80768 and MOOG Part # K80769. They're about $25 each, but you can probably try Autozone like 03Si757 mentioned.

I also suggest getting on of these. Space and movement is limited back there so these make taking off your old links a snap and putting the new one on. If you get the Moog links, I think the nuts are a different size so you might need two.

I wish I knew the moog links were that tough looking when I swapped mine. I went with the corsports which are holding up well after nearly a year.

jofus228: curious where you got this info man. You figure this out yourself? Kudos man. They look really beefy. I'm thinking about doing this. Going to Autozone Friday.

Actually, last summer there was another member who did this and used Moog's endlinks and ordered from Rock Auto. Also, be sure to grease the endlinks. I had one that had some grease and the other looked bone dry.

Hey guys, this is the latest thread I could find regarding the Type-S rear sway. I just installed one on my ep3 and it makes a freaking incredible difference in cornering. My question is about the endlinks not fitting properly. I'll try to explain it best I can in lieu of a pic. I guess the best way to describe it would be that the stock bar fit more flush with the endlinks. The type-s looks to be at a more severe angle than the stock bar. The stock bar had a slight gap toward the bottom of where the endlink bolt fit through the bar. The type-s has much more. It just seems like this angle would cause more upward tension on the joints. I know everyone recommends the Corsport among others. Will my endlinks eventually break, or are they made for this type of stress?

did you install the bar upside down?

I did when I first put it on, but it basically cannot fit that way. You wouldn't be able to lower the car back down with it upside down because it would hit the lower control arms. It's on correctly, it's just angled out more than the stock bar.
