On small bumps at low speeds ( <10 mph) the front suspension makes a light clunking noise. The noise is consistent with small bumps. I park my car at my school where I have to drive across a grass field (it's not that smooth)
Once on the road the suspension makes no noise. The sound is consistent with very small movements in the strut.
Are the suspension bushings durable items requiring regular replacement at extended intervals?
Or are they junk?
Otherwise the suspension seems normal. It is a rough ride on poorly paved roads, but that's the trade for a auto-x ready vehicle.
I'm checking the following items:
Stabilizer links
top nut
any other connection I can see.
Thanks
