Ingalls Camber Kit

Hey guys I can't figure out how to put on the front camber kit for the EP although it's 2 bolts as I put it on I still can't get it to tighten up does anyone have any suggestions or a DIY guide? Should I use a impact gun to get it in tight?

Bump for more info on this, I Might be doing my own suspension as well any DIY's? Good luck and bump for someone that knows more!8~)

I used a breaker bar to get it pretty snug, then a 2 foot torque wrench to 115 ft/lbs. I put the little washer with a wing on it right behind the bolt head, not sure it if matters.
