Whats up EPhatch just wanted to give a update of all my progress I have done on my EP. This beast has been through a lot of cosmetic changes and now she is getting some love on the inside. Let me know how you guys feel about some of my decisions I know I still need a lot of work to get her done, but as far as performance I think I am satisfied with it… now I just have to tweak something on the interior and maybe down the line upgrade to a better turbo… for now this will do.

I will be updating more pics once I get my EP back and ill post up a pic of my dyno result and how much power I am doing

Sad Day the head gasket on my k20a3 gave out and the water started mixing in with the oil.. so decided it was the perfect time to upgrade my engine, it was a tough decision cause I was debating whether to get a k20a2, JDM k20a, k24a2, or k24a1?

In the end I ended up going with the JDM k24a just cause of the cost of the entire build plus I didn’t want to beat up the a3 anymore…

thanks guys for the compliments... i have been wanting to get rid off my headlights before i take any pics of the front end...i am getting my depos on Friday and i will take some pics on saturday if the day is nice...as for going to the riverside meets i really doubt it... I would wait on the dyno till after the swap, unless you have a hook up...Im just saying cuz I paid about $200 at Bubba's do it dyno after my swap then decided to get the fullrace setup so Im gonna end up spending double for another dyno

Alright so quick update for any of you guys that care... I am putting my car in the shop this week to get that k24a1installed and boosted... A little update I am taking my tranny to get rebuilt from synchro tech he is going to put carbon synchros and also LSD... Gotta make sure everything is done right.... Engine got dropped off already and my car is with Fepster getting done up right now I can't wait.... :)

First attempt at trying to turn on the car today and it started but it wouldn't stay on, couldn't figure it out so I texted Brian @ speedlab and he said to check to make sure it the map sensor was the correct one, changed it and now the car idles correctly... Fepster saw that the oil sandwich was leaking oil so he is going to re-do tomorrow.... Also the downpipe has a 2 bolt flange and my catback comes with a 3 bolt flange so gotta take to a muffler shop to have it fixed...
Battery didn't fit so went out and bought a odyssey PC680 battery with terminals... Going to need a alignment ASAP cause I was told not to drive it for a long time without getting one done... Should be all done by tomorrow...

I wanna thank Fepster for all the hard work he has been putting on getting my ep done... I truly appreciate it and I will be vouching for his shop for years... Can't wait to finally feel that k24

Im running a JDM k24a1 head imported from Japan I don't know what the difference is between the JDM ones and the USDM ones... I saw it on CL and called the shop and I picked it up LOL

My wife had got upset about me saying I was going to part out my that's she made me promise her I wasn't going to sell anything...
