what specifically do you need help with? That opening post is rather vague. You have pretty much everything listed that you need aside from an exhaust.

I think what he's asking for is, what turbo should he get...

amazingly i posted up the Garrett page (Turbo 101...idk why its not stickied, but here: http://www.ephatch.com/forum/showthread.php?59517-Turbo-101 )

on the Garrett site, they have a list of all turbos they produce here;
http://www.turbobygarrett.com/turbobygarrett/products/turbochargers.html

-AND- an index that has a list of all turbos they produce and what applications they fit and power ranges they can reach, here;
http://www.turbobygarrett.com/turbobygarrett/catelog/Turbochargers/turbo_comparison_sheet.htm

by the looks of it, anything from a gt22r to a gt47r would fit the bill. from what i know from around thus far, we like to stay around gt28r's minimum and gt35r max for a daily. i would personally just go with a gt30r.
The best prices I found for a legit Garrett of those recommended sizes were in the ball park of $800-$1200, used.

with a k24a1 350 should be no problem on the gt2871r/gt30.

i see your other questions, I have yet to see a premade 3" DP. ebay has DT's but i'm not sure which one fits. the $20 one is the one i'd go for, you can just chop and weld the tip if it hits the subframe. i'm not sure what your asking about the wastegate, if your asking how to set up the springs, you can google it. here;
http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/frequently-answered-dsm-questions/246124-tial-wastegate-spring-chart-bar-psi-conversion-table.html

as far as the bov, idk, i figured by now they were all universally mounted. :shrug:

I hope I helped you figure something out.

thanks for the help with the turbo.. i didnt know if i should go garret or precision. but the dp part might be a problem since there isnt anything around to make one. other then a couple back yard guys that id rather ebay it if i had to lol. with the wastegate i didnt know what spring rate to get since i want to run about 12-15psi i tihnk should be safe? if i shouldrun liek a 10psi spring or im not sure how that stuff works. but thanks for the rest of the hlp!

if you plan on running 12-15psi, all you need a spring less than that. With the hondata bcs that you plan on buying you can raise boost through k-pro. I wouldn't go any lower than a 5psi spring. I plan on eventually replacing the 10psi spring in my wastegate so that I can run boost by gear with most likely a 7psi.

for exhaust im getting the kteller piping 3" and not sure about a muffler. a buddy of mine has a mugan twin loop i was looking at putting on but would a twinloop be bad for a turbo set up?

the mugen twinloop is like 2.25in maybe 2.5in. That would be an ill-advised move to go from 3in piping to a smaller muffler. For starters I plan on going the cheap crush-bent route with a 3in vibrant ultra quiet resonator and a hushpower pro series muffler with a turn down tip.
