rear door panel removal please help have a dent on outside need to get sorted

hi i need some assistance on removing the rear drivers side panel that holds the rear speaker. some fooking b"£$%rd put a dent in the rear quater panel and i wanna try pop it from the outside.

I think they sell some magnetic stuff that can pull it out from the out side

Remove b pillar garnish
Remove speaker
Remove bottom back seat
Remove misc screws holding panel to body
Pull and pry, it's a pain but it comes off.
