I am looking into a suspension system, something that will drop a little and not scrafice comfort. I heard the HFP is good but cannot buy at this time. So what is comparable to it. Did another company make the suspension for them?

A-Spec from the RSX-S and the Mugen SS are comparable to HFP

I can vouch for the A-spec kit, improves the handling and still very good for a DD

Is the kit a direct fit? No mods or anything.

What is the drop? (lowering height)

Is there anything else I will need?

Is $650 a good price?

TIA

$650 shipped is usually the going rate for a BNIB set. you should search next time. alot of this has already been covered. you will need dc5s tie rod ends. you will also need to grind/shave down the bottom of the rear strut

Or swap the rear trailing arm to the type s one. You could probably find all of these parts off of a wrecked type s at a yard, and if you aren't 5 lug this would be a good opportunity to swap, if you so desire.

or you could swap out the rear lower bushing for the ep3 one :ohsnap:

the difference is about 3mm if i remember correctly

Haha, that's actually probably the best idea so you don't have to make the suspension ep3 spec only.
