wastegate dump tube

hey guys, in the next few weeks my car is going in the garage going to throw on a 50trim turbo kit. im just wondering since my waste gate is going to be in the back will i need a dump tube or can i just leave it open?

Not hard just do it right the first time and itll probably cost 30 bucks at most.

we're trying to figure out which way is the right way. There are 2 DT's on ebay that "could" fit.
