My a1 is gettin swapped this month and i need a little list of what i need to bring them. I wanna use the best fluids and plugs!

So what oil,coolant,and tranny fluid should i use and how much? And what kinda plugs should i Just NGK iridiums for an 05 crv?

what every you did on the previous motor applies to the new one. tranny fluid? synchro mesh qty 2, plugs crv fitment iridiums.
