Thats about what I paid for mine. Like Mugen said make sure you pull the valve cover and check the block stamp to make sure its an A2.

yeah the stamp on the trans side or back will say rbb. if its a late 05 it might say rbb2.
the engine stamp is on the front. it will say k24a2 also

The warranty will probably only cover internal engine parts, block/head most warranties don't cover the accessories. That motor is a good price even if it was only an assembled block/head and water pump.

x2, but i got mine about 2 years ago, i would definitally pull the valve cover when u get there, and bring a compression tester also being that it was rolled i would double check the mounts, oilpan, valve cover

you should be able to have a friend help you load it into the EP...I think that is what Go_EP did when he got his k24a2

It could come with all accessories, just depends what they decide to leave on it. Mine came with everything except A/C compressor and starter.

From what I can tell... There are no intake/exhaust manifold.. Coil packs... Fuel rail... Injectors...

chubbychu got sent to ref by a cop with his k24a2 swapped EP3 and they failed him immediately because of the modified coolant ports and something to do with valves and the ECU. they basically told him he'd never pass smog or ref with that motor. so while not entire illegal, you won't pass smog the "legit" way. if you have a hook up on smog, just keep your fingers crossed you dont get sent to the ref.

Blacktrax told just dial my tune down... Smog won't be able to tell.... Lol... They swapped the valve cover from the a3 ... Look just like oem..!
