Next week I'm gonna install the hondata IMG and I already have a 70mm. hybrid TB and I also have a dremel... I just need to know what attachments I need to bore the inlet ?

As far as the bit goes: Use whatever you have that grinds decent (it's pretty soft metal) and finish it off with something that almost polishes it.... Easy does it now... Nice and slow...

Personally (while you have access) I'd try to polish up as much as you can. Just imagine you're the air and you don't want a damn thing disrupting your flow.
