They're direct fit bolt-on's, no you shouldn't run into any problems with a k20.
I'd recommend the test pipe I bought off ebay if you're looking to save a little money. It was only 60 dollars or so shipped to my door.

Correct. Race headers will give you better gains because of the longer and larger pipes. Browse the classifieds on here and you might find a good deal.

I can't find a half decent race header for my car for a reasonable price.
Like that megan racing header and test pipe will barely cost me $250.
A decent race header will be $500+ and will have fitting issues.

Do some searching and browsing. It isn't too hard to find these things. If you're looking for the most gains go with a race header, if you're looking for some gains and the most money you can save, just buy the test pipe.

Ive got the same setup, they both fit like a glove. As for gains, I noticed a little but not much

OP, just get a KRRH or OBXRH Vers 2. These are 2 of the best race headers for the price...
