Ok I need to know if 225/50/15 will fit on the car? I have 15x7" +38 offset wheels. I'm trying to pic a set of drag radials for them and just want to be sure before I make the purchase. Thanks
(car lowered on skunk2 springs about 2 inches) I think they will fit fine but I just want to confirm.

They should be fine
But the rear might rub. Also if your ride is bouncy it might be a problem
Can be fixed with fender rolling
Fender pulling
Or camber.

The skunk2 springs are "reverse raked"?
I think it's called; But they are a bit more sunk in the rear
I would imagine the +38 with the 225 tire might have a slight chance of rubbing in the rear

with the spec you have, you'll most likely have to roll the rear fenders. My old set up was 225/50/16, +35, 16x7 sitting at 2" drop. Even with my Koni's set at the stiffest setting, the rears rubbed even going over slight imperfections on a smooth freeway (slight rub), but with rear passengers, it rubbed like mofo! I ended up raising back up to 1.25" ish and now they don't rub. You might have a little more room since your are 50 series on a 15" rims. GL!

Thanks guys. I guess I was typing faster than I was thinking, because I forgot to say that they would only be going on the front and only on the track not on the street. So from your posts you guys think that the fronts should fit with no problems? I have had 205/50/15 on the front before just wasn't sure how much bigger the 225 would be. The 225/50/15 drag radials are 23.9" tall.

Oh for sure
I think you'll be fine
especially since it's not daily.

Stock for the 02-03 is 195-60-15
Which is 24.2". Taller than your aftermarket plan.
With the skunk2 springs I think it will be fine in the front, as mine are 205-55-15, dropped on skunk2 springs, with I'd say a full inch of clearance.

You have adjustable dampening struts/shocks?

This is the differences between your tires and the ones I want, do you think you have the clearance for the extra width?

And no adjustable dampening yet

So the new tire is .79" wider.
split that in half 'cause the tire is mounted on the center of the rim so it's .40"(about) wider on the outside.
So almost half an inch.
PLUS the new offset which is +38 which is 7mm of poke = .25" (about).
Your new wheels are going to poke about .75 of an inch.
Not a whole lot for our ep3's.
At your drop I think you will be fine
But if you dont have adjustable dampening and your current set-up is bouncy, than I do think they will rub
But other than that, I think they will fit no problem
I can't guarantee anything though. I've never run that set up.

I think I'm just going to use 205/50/15 that way I know it will fit, I wanted wider but not worth the chance of rubbing. The 205/50/15 is still a 23" tall tire so it should be ok.
