We are currently having issues with permission upgrades as members reach 100 posts...its due to the host company and the forum software...we've been working on gettng it resolved...in the mean time if you want to post a fs thread contact a currently online mod, and make a fs thread in this wection and a mod can move it for you to the fs section...I suggest having your fs thread already typed up and ready to go so you can just paste it and post it and the mod wont have to wait online for you to put it up and move it...once its moved you'll still be able to update and edit the original thread
