yeah and all the jams are just peachy esp. in T.O. Not sure if its really relavent. try driving in montreal or quebec. you will see a difference. tax grab. yes. I say take it in stride, nothing going on but money? oh. now I care? 241 is total legislative bunk. The road system is only as functional as its physical limits and people who drive them. nuff said.
