Clutch question for k20a2 with 5 speed

I have a 03 ep3 with a k20a2 swap still using the 5 speed(with type s clutch and flywheel). I have already put about 10k miles on this setup and I like it except for the clutch.

I get a lot of slipping in the lower rpm and the pedal lets out too high for my liking. I am planning on installing a competition clutch stage 2 kit and my question is would installing a new clutch master cylinder also be a good idea?

I don't think you would need to change the CMC....... well, depends on how many miles are on the car... You might want to change the CMC as a "maintenance" job.... ???
