Strange bogging...

So im going over little things to fix in my ep3 while it is off the road. I remember last winter that whenever i would kick the heat on the car would bog and be shit slow. I know cars usually do this wiith ac which my ep3 does but why would it do it with heat if the ac compressor isnt being used? It literally falls right on its face..Are our motors that sad that jus the heat fans bog it that much or what? Doesnt seem right to me! Anyone else have this?!

I have never seen that unless the battery or alternator are shot, or the A/C is indeed cycling on when the heat is selected. Do a quick search and try the A/C defrost defeat and see if that helps.

good luck with the bogging. maybe check your grounds, battery and alternator.
