K24a4 on boost

does anyone here have a boosted k24a4?

Most people opt to use the k24a1 because they make the same power and the a1 has lower compression stock. I've heard the bottom ends can handle a prettty huge amount of power stock too!

Reason for the question I have a k20a3 turbo. And Am getting a good deal on a k24a4 and I want to swap out my turbo onto the a4.

i have a k24a4 87.5mm block .. im turboing sooon.. if its a good price get it.. ive seen stock a4's breakin 500whp.. stock a3's wont break 350 lol

Cool yeah getting a great deal its 04 with 14k and he has paperwork to show for the mileage. me A3 only put outs 243whp & 229tq and thats with 8.5lbs.

i just swapped a k24a4 into my car and its on boost car made 246,251 on 9 lbs stock intake manifold changing intake manifold and uping the lbs and get 300+ outta the car.

but change the stock intake mani to RBC ASAP

you wouldnt have to change the intake mani since the a4 doesnt rev high all that much. They do make some great numbers stock, its just the turbo set up has to be efficient (hope thats spelled right haha).
