Recently bough these from a friend, Lightweight 5Zigen 'Fn01r-C' 17x8" ET 25.
Iam am running Nitto NeoGen 215/40/17 all around on stock suspension.
Plan to install H&R lowering springs (29332 VA)

Need advice to help accomodate these to avoid rubbing when lowered by 1.2" approx.

Options......
1-Roll both front & rear arches.
2-Camber kits F & B.
3-Try 205 profiles in front?

Which is recommended......from the above?

The front is sticking out.

Ughh...that 40 series tire kills it for me, they look like rubber bands. Put some meats on there!

Pertaining to your question, I don't think there is any question both 1&2 are a necessity when running that kind of offset. Nice car!

Are you sure that's +25? They look farther extended then my 8" +10 did

Positive they are +25. I bough them from a friend who had it on his EVO 7.
Here is another side shot.
BTW These are my other rides. A 92 Corrado VR6 & a 05 Audi A6 3L

I've never looked this up, but can't you mill wheels/rims down a few millimeters (no more than 1-5mm) as long as they have meat to mill?

205's will give u more of a stretch than the slight stretch u already have, if u were to get new tires get a bigger profile, atleast 45's... and a drop and camber should do the trick... and the obvious- cambering

The current 40 profiles are almost fresh so wanna stick with them. My rear sits fine almost to an extent that i dont want to lower it. But why does the front sit higher?
Is there any way to reduce the front slightly lower (just to match the current rear) without lowering springs. Some bump stop thingy.....?

yes you can, I've seen many vw kids do this. Even shaving of rotor hats...

poke=mexi-flush!

i hate poke. roll your fenders, drop the car, and camber that ish out!

Your springs are probably real saggy in the rear. That's the only reason in my head.

Arches rolled & front pulled by 5 mm & rear by approx 9 mm.

Why does the rear sit slightly lower? Its suppose to be a even 30 m drop all around.

Iam lowered on H&R lowering springs (30 mm drop). Non adjustable on stock shocks.
How do i get the freont & rear level?

Are they blown? Leaking? I'm going to assume yes. Causing them to sag!

samaj

Not actually. I bought a used set of shocks because the original were leaking. These are definately not leaking.
