maint req light

does anyones maint req light flash on? mine started to do this today. im at 8k miles. does that mean i need to take it in for service? my last oil change was at 5 k. thanks

yup, it will keep flashing till you get to 10k. then it will stay on all the time. Just a reminder for maintence if u look in the owners manual it tells u how to turn if off or take it to the dealer to get it serviced and they'll take care of it for ya:)

Yeah, to shut it off I THINK you reset yer trip to 0, shut key to off position, turn on car while holding button, wait 15 seconds, all set
