this doesnt leave an armor all type finish. its shiny but dry to the touch!

awesome! lemme know what kind of results you get. You can also use it on faded exterior trim and it brings it right back to black!

Does it leave a oily look/feel to it? How long does it last before it starts to fade again?

I wouldn't do that - that's not the application.

Your best bet is to use some 303 Aerospace Protectant. Doesn't leave that greasy Armor All feel, gives a nice low gloss shine and actually includes some UV protecting qualities.
