most of these are universal. personally i like the mini keg heatshield and a few others... the "hardwood" spare cover is kinda cool too. being that the thread was old, there isnt anything ground breaking...
i just thought it would be cool to share as im a cheapskate always looking for something to do under a hundred bucks.

not to brag but, so far at +- $100 ea. ive gotten:

intake (aem v2), exhaust(ebay), lowering springs (eibach sportlines), window visors(weathertech), "JDM" amber markers (ebay), tint (hey was under $100)... basically everything ive done to my car with the exception of wheels/tires.

little odds and ends like the VW ones are what make a persons car unique i think.

Good luck to you and your dad with the Vdub! i had a thing for jettas for a long time, never got one.

i think im going to get some of that CF vynil wrap from auto zone this weekend... im gonna try to lay it over the RED on the SI emblems. im thinking of making one of those exhaust "gaurds" like evos and subies out of the same stuff.

the cf vynal will probably end up melting/coming loose on the exhaust "sheild" thing.

i imagine it will pretty quick. my bumper was a little close to the tip at one point. notice i said was... it melted.

after i toy with the hangers a little bit to see if i can clear a little more ground, ill see how close the exhaust tip sits to the bumper. if its not too close i MAY try this. im bored.

depending on how much the vynil is, i may just tape and paint the SI emblems. i have the paint and tape... just thought i would get flashy flash with CF lol
