Gettin ready to put my skunk 2 stage 2s in my a1. Supertech told me to do the 90lb spring kit and the shop doin my work said to go with a stock supertech spring kit...idk what this shit even means but who do i listen to?!

Not sure but now the shop is tellin me to run the 90lb rate ones... Anyone know what i should do?!

USE STOCK RSX typeS valve springs!!!!!!

Stag2 camshafts are not even up to typeS small lobe specs, almost, but not quite there. So why not use OEM parts(that are superior for this application?)

The price i can get supertechs for through the shop are too good to pass up. If i decide to go with supertech should i do 90lb?

Bump on this...people are tellin me stock rate,others say 76lb others say 90lb!? If im going with supertechs which one should i go with?
