i just happened to think of it again but i have my rev limiter set to 7500 rpms in k-pro but everyonece in a while at about 6500 the car acts like it hit the rev limiter any one else seen this or know what setting my me causing it

i dont do it all the time just occasionally when someone pisses me off
and this car gets crap gas mileage no matter how u drive it

Id be in heaven if i got 23! before mine blew up i averaged between 14 and 18!

really i get 30-35 mpg with mugen intake ITR header and mugen exhaust and i dont drive like grandma...
you have F/I?
my guess is your speedo isnt reading close to right or speed sensor is going bad or something
but i dunno :shrug:

i plan on it but i cant find a local tuner that isnt a total rip off one guy around here wanted to charge me 900 for a tune
im not exactly made of cash

thats stupid...
by my calculations it shouldn't take 5hrs at $90/hr for rate and $90/hr for dyno time.
especially since you aren't turboed, or anything crazy anymore, just a simple i/h/e, that should take like an hour or two, so at most like $200-$400 for a tune.

if you cant afford a dynotune, at least get an etune from jeff evans or something...only cost $200 and you just send him datalogs, he modifies them and sends them back

i got mine from him after my swap and before the dyno tune, car ran great but overall to get the most of the motor your gonna need a dynotune
