got the motor for 1350, kpro for 750, paid Q 500(homie hook up) for the swap cus i dont have any time in my schedule to work on my car, oil, filter, crv mount and tranny fluid so grand total is around 3 g's motor came with manifold but switched to prb cus i plan on ditching the intake manifold and going s/c.

gas mileage is just as good as the a3 was but of course now i have to run 91.

well...you can come pick up my OBX RH vers 2 (ep3 spec) for $170. It comes with an angled defouler. but since you have a k24, i don't know how fitment will be.

no, i like the 5 spd. the gears are just as long and even though the final drive isnt as good, i dont mind it. plus i personally believe the ep tranny is the strongest tranny for the k series. my FA5 had 3rd gear issues (i.e. popping out) and with my other ep and this one i never had any problems what so ever

its all in the gearing my friend. i for one will never get rid of this tranny. the only problem is reverse sometimes in order for me to engage it is to slowly let off the clutch until it catches

thank you. it is a fairly simple swap just get the crv bracket and Karcepts adapter. i just got it street tuned over the weekend and should have it to the dyno by the end of the month. i love it !!!
sorry forgot to answer the question, i work at acura and had one of the techs do it and barowed a loaner it took about 3 days beacause i had to wait for parts. a good tech with all the parts there could do it in a day

my motor is in. hella vibration on the stock mounts tho and i thnk my front mount is ripped a bit.
any suggestions on what mounts i should get or should i just get the front mount and see if it solves the problem.
i have lots of vibration when im at a stop or under 1.5 rpms ... any suggestions? ive been reading that either way if i upgrade to 65a or 75 a ill be feeling the vibration no matter what ......
