the one on the left sits on top of the im. i remember i broke mine and went to honda to replace it but you have to buy the whole assembly because they dont sell it seperately

The left one is the AIV valve. It injects air into the intake when the engine is cold to lean up the mixture/ help the motor heat up faster.

the one on the right is the evap purge valve.. thats just emmisions right?

the one on the left you dont need, i noticed no difference with my engine after removing it. The one on the right is for emissions, i broke mine and replaced it

You can get em for cheap at rockauto. Way cheaper than the dealership.
