Lower Control arm upper bushing replacement issue , need advice..

Hi Guys,

While I was removing my LCA bolts to install a new Progress Swaybar and Tie bar, one of the bushings spun on itself (the rubber broke appart) because the bolt and the sleeve fused together...

What is my best option of taking this mess out and replacing it ?

I was planning on cutting out the bushings with a die grinder, drilling the piece of bolt out (already started to drill) of the hole since it's fused together with the sleeve, then renting out a set of tools (C-clamp with adaptors) to push the old bushing out and new one in. I'm thinking I could still try to heat it up, but I find the gas tank too close..

Is it feasible this way ? or should I just try to drive the car to a garage and leave them all the fun ?

Needs to be cut out. This is normal for northern cars, the OEM manufacturer does not use anti-sieze when assembling the cars, then all it takes is a moisture to get on the cadmium plated bolts and they will weld directly to the inner bushing.
