I was looking into getting a skunk2 intake manifold and a composite fuel rail.

I was just wondering if anyone has them already? If so, would they be direct plug and play? Or would I need to shave or cut anything, for any missing sensors?

If your intent is bling horsepower, these would excel, BUT without Kpro and other supporting mod's the intake mani would be a downgrade from stock.

They are supposedly plug and play.

Kpro is already en route to my house. I do plan on blinging out my HP. I had my first EG hatch and everything was poorly done to increase power. But now I am only doing this project with high quality equipment. But thank you for the information. Plug and play is the way I like it!

I'd go with a moddified RBC.... that skunk2 IM is WAY too overpriced.

If you have the money and if you plan on building a k20 or k24 you should look into an 'RRC' IM. It's the IM used on the FD2-R's. Kinda pricey but from what i've researched / read, it outperforms the RBC.

You got to start thinking K-Series and not B/D Series. Skunk2 was favorable for B/D Series, but K-Series is on a whole new level. There are way better parts out there than Skunk2.
