Possible to tune with bad primary O2??

ive searched and found nothing, so is it possible with a done primary O2 to still tune the car properly?

you wont be able to tune it because thats where kpro reads a/f. without air/fuel its cant be tuned properly

Some tuners take out ur sensor and put in one of theirs and then it reads off there computer.
