I know they sell these steering rack brackets for the DC5, but they're power steering.
How and where can we get a hold of these stateside for the EP3?? These would be perfect for correcting the tie rod angle when we lower our cars.

Changed rear spoiler, from Carbon Fibre OEM style to Seibon Mugen Spoiler,

http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e353/pip_hudson/MugenSpoiler1.jpg
Upfront I have prepared the Car for the bodyshop.
Removed the area for the "H" on grille and trimmed down the panel.
Smoothed out panel gap between splitter, bumper and also the grille.
Plate Recess Smoothed out.
At the moment it is just in a rough filler as I am no BodyShop worker. Car should be in new Paint in around a fortnights time,

Interior wise:
all parts that were silver have been sprayed Satin Black
Headunit. (Relatively easy job just fiddley as have to take the front apart.) just 2 screws and clips holding it on.
Fascia
Centre Console
Door Handles
Central Locking Switch
A, B + C pillars are also all now black. Ready for new headlining,

http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e353/pip_hudson/BlackDash1.jpg
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e353/pip_hudson/BlackDash2.jpg
Cheeky Double Stitching.
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e353/pip_hudson/BlackDash10.jpg
Fitted some Alpine Speakers upfront as the sound quality wasn't great. Think one of the Speakers wasn't even working
Used AutloLeads Fascia kit for 130mm Speakers. Screwed into place and then Applied a "TigerSeal" type sealant for less vibration.
Big Difference in sound. may also upgrade rears in near future.
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e353/pip_hudson/AlpineSpeakers1.jpg
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e353/pip_hudson/AlpineSpeakers2.jpg
Upgraded all brake discs to Grooved, Read that this was prefferable to drilled as they wereprone to cracking along with mintex pads.
Also painted calipers as they were looking a little tired in a nice gold to go with the wheels bolts (not yet fitted as going on with enkei's)
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e353/pip_hudson/GroovedBrakes1.jpg
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e353/pip_hudson/GroovedBrakes2.jpg
Also Bought some D2 Rigid Bucket seats in black.
They weigh in at around 6 kilo's, will take a 5 point harness and are a really well put together seat.
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e353/pip_hudson/D2BucketSeats2.jpg
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e353/pip_hudson/D2BucketSeats3.jpg
Silver Logo in head rest
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e353/pip_hudson/D2BucketSeats4.jpg
Still to do at the moment:
Send car to bodyshopfor new paint
Fit D2 Buckets(Need Side mounts)
Fit Wheels (Need Tyres)
Sort Headlining and Re-fit interior Trim

http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e353/pip_hudson/BeigeLad052.jpg
also the car came back from the bodyshop South Tyneside Coachworks today.
Cannot Recommend this shop enough. The paintwork and prep work is fantastic.
The colour I went for is somewhere between a Beige and cream.
The photo's show the car as an off-white but it is darker in the "flesh"
This photo best shows the colour. but doesn't quite show the real colour.

IDK how noticeable it is in person, but there's a high spot on the grille, where the badge base used to be...
The first pic shows it the best. I first noticed it in the reflection:
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e353/pip_hudson/th_BeigeLad049.jpg (http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e353/pip_hudson/BeigeLad049.jpg)
Your one-piece front end looks surprisingly good though, mate! :mcool:
Keep it up! :thumbu:
Are you going to keep the bottom grille painted that off-white?
The bottom grille will be satin black soon.
also there is no high-spot. but thanks for that eagle-eyed spot

The bottom grille will be satin black soon...
I've never been a fan of the painted lower grilles, but this' just a thought:
http://i830.photobucket.com/albums/zz228/Tommy_Castroreale/EPHatch/BeigeLad043.jpg
It kinda flows with your upper grille, I think.
IDK.. Photoshopping it from another angle might help..
I like the look of the one painted "line" to be honest i did'nt expect the bodyshop to paint it. expected it to be left black.
the shape of the grille is flat on the bottom, i think this picture shows it best.
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e353/pip_hudson/BeigeLad039.jpg I understand what you mean though it doesnt "curve out"
hard to photograph as it is such a small detail.

i have mixed feelings of them and fitment, im not much of a wheels stretching and stuff, im more into function and form. U got the form but not the function. All that matters is how u feel..

I will miss the fixed back buckets but they were a nightmare. Couldn't get some of my mates in the passenger seat as they were so narrow.
Fatties!
The new seats are a good compromise as they are fully adjustable but still a lot lighter than OEM :-D
