Does anyone else have a JHPusa foglight kit? I'm not sure if it's the same as the ebay kit, but I'm having trouble wiring everything. It comes with a wiring harness, but it's confusing me.

I found when I wired my fleabay harness, I had to cut the connection that plugs into the fuse box off and put in a spade connector.

Thanks. I printed this out already, but I'm still having trouble. The whole fuse box step is confusing me. & i'm not sure if my wiring harness is the same as the one shown?

I'll take a picture of my wiring harness and post it up right now.

Okay, so I plugged in a 1 pin connector and a 6 pin connector into the fuse box under the steering wheel. Then i connected the 5 pin connector to the switch.

Now I'm left with the main relay, which is connected to the harness, and a brown 1 pin connector.

(I also have the actual fog light wires, but I havent messed with those yet.)

Can anyone point in the right direction? Where do I put the main relay? It says in the instructions I should have to connect more wires, but the harness doesnt have any left.

EDIT: my picture is having trouble sending.

I'm guessing the 1 pin connector connects to the fog light. So I have to put that through the fender? And I just hang the main relay on the bracket shown?

yea, the single pin connector goes through the drivers side kick pannel and routed through the backside of the fender. It then connects up to the rest of the foglight harness. If you have the fuse box connection connected up, your honestly through the hardest part, besides cutting the bumper.

yea, i cut up the bumper already. so it looks like i'm ready to go. i just need to ziptie the wires so they wont move.

one last question, i was going to ground it to the negative battery terminal. is that a good idea or should i just ground it to a random bolt in my bay?

if it is ebay status i reccomend rewiring ur fogs according to this http://www.ephatch.com/forum/showthread.php?47728-Fog-Light-Harness-Switch to avoid messing up your dash... i wouldnt take that risk... btw i reused the wires and harness' that came with the kit to wire it accordingly

... and the 6 pin connector wasnt a 6 pin in the fuse box or vice versa(ebay).. it made my console lights and tail lights go out, luckly it was a bad fuse but i have read of ppls dash getting fucked up
so thats why i wired it up according to the link

I used the fleabay harness for 1 and a half years without issue until my lenses broke. I did swap out the crappy fleabay switch for an oem RSX switch though. But the ebay wiring is perfectly fine. I'm gonna be swapping my ebay harness for an OEM european harness soon enough.

wait. what do you mean it wasn't a 6 pin connector?

for example ebay wiring harness had 6pin connector and fuse box has 5 pins... so when i inserted it it pinched two pins and blew the fuse....

thanks gamma and jukka! fog lights are working. the harness is doing its job, and there's no problems whatsoever (at least for now.. *knock on wood)
