Tested out my set of HID's and they didnt fire up. Tried them on my brothers bike and they fired up fine. Anyone know what this could be? Also i apologize in advance if this question has been asked before. Thanks!

How did you hook up the wires from the ballast to the stock bulb connector?

is there a specific way of doing it? I mean the corrections were fine because they worked seconds after on the bike.

Connect the red and black wire from the ballast into your stock plug like in my pic and see if that works.
Is it a universal kit? Have you checked your headlight fuse? It sounds silly, but you'll be surprised how easy those blow when wires touch.
