I am trying to remove a few pieces (door pillar, new side mirrors) with a flat head and have successfully broken a couple plastic clips. Is there a specific trim tool that I can use to remove these parts without breaking anything?

Thank you!

I have a set of these, they work well:

all i use is a small flat head to get under the parts, then just use my hands. I've had my entire interior apart a good 10 times just using that. Some parts you can get out without even using any tools like the A-pillars

I just use a flat head and pull slightly.. and you have to feel for which angle you should pull it in order to pop it out safely.

ive been meaning to get this, ive destroyed so many good 3rd gen civic and 1g crx interior panels when one tab would stick and crack the panel :mfrown:

the A-pillars are the two on the front coming from the dash right? do you mean i could just grab on and pull them off without removing the dash?? cause i really wanna remove mine to apply fabric too.
