i need your help! if you have your old manual tensioner sitting around i need peices from it or will buy the whole thing if needed, what happens is when i tighten my idler pulley after tightening the belt up, it cocks the pulley inward up front and causes an ANNOYING squeek, anyone please help me!

I'd send you mine but it has the same problem, plus it doesn't tighten down anymore. Have you thought about going with the auto tensioner?
