Its a dp dbd805 deck. Used the metra harness and all grounds were good. But deck didn't turn on. Took everything out rechecked the lines and then now my alarm doesn't work and interior lights only turn on when you flip the switch. The interior lights don't come on when you open the door

Nvm it was a backup fuse that went. As for the radio tony (akep) is checking the wiring

some of the wiring was switched around but the backup fuse kept it from starting ultimatly.

fixed.

Sorry to bring this post back up, but i'm having the same problems and its driving me nuts.
Deck wont turn on (110% its a working deck), my interior lights dont turn on when the door opens, and the "ding" sound doesn't come on when I leave the keys in or the lights on. I checked all the fuses, but what is the backup fuse that AKEP mentioned?

i don't remember where it was. i think its in the engine compartment fuse box tho. just pull them and check. if not just pull the ones under the dash. a fuse puller makes this fast and easy.

The fuse that blows out all the time on Hondas is the 7.5 amp back up fuse under the hood it causes the radio constant wire to not power on

My friend said the same thing, so we checked all the 7.5 fuses we could find weeks ago. All fine.
So I went out today and pulled and checked every fuse - last one I pulled was a blown 10A. There was a 10A in the Spare Fuse area, popped that new one and everything works fine now!!! I can't even begin to describe how happy I am to having a working stereo and interior lights!!! THANK YOU!
