Just as the title states, replacing the run channel on my driver's side door/window area. Any tips/instructions on installation? Thanks

Whats the piece at the top of your door panal but the bottom of the window called? I want to replace the window channel and if I am going to do that, I want to replace that "insert unknown name here" as well, also any tips on that? Id search for it but I dont even know what its called lol
