LED Tail lights for a 2008 SI

I have an 08 SI & just bought LED tail lights for it. The instal says plug and play however, the wiring of the new lights do not seem to plug into the factory harness, is there something I could be missing or not seeing because the tail lights def fit the car just not the plugs.
