2002,swap used 2004 motor with 60000miles, no mods. gas is half way full, battery is fine, cranks but dnt start up. could it be the fuel pump?

pull the cel codes. does sound like a fuel problem but you need to pull the cel codes

Did the car turn off also while you were driving? my guess would be the alternator, im assuming that the lights and everything still work and radio?

idk about our cars but my corolla blew the main relay, pulled it out and it worked.

That also happened to my buddys mustang on our way to the track, broke down while driving and ended up stuck on the side of the road, it sucked, didnt figure it out till 2 days later that it was the main fuse. At first i blamed it on it being a Ford :tehehyper:, but maybe its more common than i think. lol

it works? i didnt do nuthing too it and after a week of in sitting in my parking lot it starts up like new. even the check enigne light is off and was on before my car broke down. WTH is wrong with my car?
