I am omw to buttonwillow, stop by gas station to fill up before cuz I don't want to pay for track side over price gas.... Filled up got me some Micky D for breakfast... Come out n saw gas all over back of my car.... Found out the hose to the gas rank is busted... From the larger rsb been hitting it all this time...

How is that even possible? Did one of your end links break? Its odd you didn't feel that it wasn't connected.

Is your bar on upside down?

End links not broken... Rsb is correctly installed.... Got some hose repair tape.... Tape that bitch up... Good to go.... Not gonna fill gas up all the way till I get hose change... Post some pics up tonight after I get home...

So if everything is ok how could it possibly hit the hose?

Good question... I was shocked When I saw the gas leak.... It should be fine once the gas level start to drop...

after thinking about it on my 3 hrs drive home.....i think i know how it happened..... only the recent weeks after switch to slick tires for autox i haul around addition 200-300 lbs of weight in the back.....and when i go over bumps the rsb got real close and finally busted the fuel line..... also after i got home i noticed that side of the end link is not at the shortest but the other side is.... i think that got something to do with it as well....

what endlinks do you have? if they are aftermarket they are too long (or your car is too low for them).

You can see where it simply sheared the hose where the hard line stopped in the rubber hose. Replace the line, and either add another wrap of old line over that spot and secure with zip-ties. OR remove the excess weight from the back of the car.

Hmm thats crazy, it is the progress bar and its known for having a shitty design though. Ill look at my ctr rear sway after work to see how close it is.

the same thing happened to me on vacation. Progress sway bar as well...probably due to the heavy load of luggage.

Honda dealer want $110+ for that little hose... Odd size fill side is 1" the tank side is 1 1/4... Wtf... Just gonna try to use some epoxy n a band aid...

I shorten the hotckis end link to the shortest... Can't help the heavy load....

correction....the guy i talked to when i call must got mix up with another part....only like $16
